My senior dog has vision and hearing issues but her nose is her guide, and hiding a few small treats or kibble in this mat keeps her inquisitive nature busy! Lots of little hiding spots. Only negative is it definitely doesn’t stay where you put it, but I think she prefers it that way.This is easy to use (for both my dog and me) and easy to clean. It takes my chubby dog longer to eat, so I feed less and she is satisfied, taking as long to eat as my sweet skinny old dog (which saves her from having her food stolen). This product solved a host of problems and introduced none.Good game. Not as sturdy or usable as plastic models. Treats must be small. Teaches good searching skillsThis mat was great for my pup to engage in a mind activity indoors and stimulate his nose! He enjoyed every minute of it! I will say that it does not stick to the floor. I have to hold it down while he sniffs. It’s easy to throw in the wash but I would recommend a hard style treat or kibble for play/feeding. I used a freeze dried treat and his saliva mixed with the treat and just seemed to make a paste on the fabric which was hard to get out of all the deeper sections of the mat. But overall, he enjoys it and we use at least once a week!Great quality and has made a huge difference in our dog’s feeding routine. We find this works better than a slow feeder and it’s adorable. Easily washes and dries. A few tears in the cup but not destroyed like most of our dogs toys.I have a dog that likes to dig, sniff AND chew things to pieces. I wasn't sure this could withstand him but I love that it entertains him for about 20 min each time. I do take it away after that because he starts to tear the fabric but I just cut off the loose, torn parts and use it again. He's high energy and sometimes I just need a break! Ha!My small dog absolutely loved this and spent a good amount of time figuring it out. I didnt give 5 stars because it does not have anything to hold it to the ground so it gets all bunched up and turned over, defeating its purpose.Not the best one we have, but our puppy loves it and gets super excited when she sees me going for it. It seems flimsy compared to our others, but it isn't. It's been super durable and she hasn't been able to damage it at all, despite her best efforts, lol. I'd think it would be really great for smaller breeds (ours is a Labrador) because the "teacups" and such are kinda small for our Lab puppy's nose to fit in. Sometimes she seems frustrated by that, but eventually she just turns it over and shakes it and stuff falls out. So, really good, not the greatest, but might be the greatest for a small breed, such as toys or miniatures.
